Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and lead generation.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective task allocation, performance monitoring, and professional development.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, technology, and business units to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution and digital initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for campaign optimization and decision making.
- Leadership and team management capabilities with experience in handling cross functional teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in digital marketing with proven experience in managing digital campaigns.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in handling multi-channel digital marketing strategies and performance optimization.
