- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.

- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search and social media recruiting)
- Conduct induction & Onboarding – help new joiners settee in the system.
- End to end recruitment cycle (IT/Non IT)
- Coordinating with IT and other teams team for login access, system, ID card etc.
- Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons and work on reducing attrition
- Attendance management and Payroll activities
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team closely and ensuring all open positions are closed on time
- Work on central charters like employee engagement etc
- Conduct R&R, fun activities
- Good verbal and written communication
